KIDS CLASS
Dear Sandra,
Our two granddaughters Bari and Sydney, ages 8 and 11, had the privilege of spending an afternoon with you learning how to

make several things. They were thrilled at the thought, and more thrilled after the event.

They learned quite a few basics of the kitchen and cooking, and, of course, safety, but the chocolate cupcakes were divine. The extra batter, which you “guided’ them into making a loaf… they were able to take home and share with their parents. Everyone benefitted by this.
They loved wearing the chef hat and apron. It made them feel really special, as you had your chef coat on as well.
They both went home and immediately made fruit popsicles, using the simple syrup recipe they learned from you. They each told me that they “blessed” the fruit, as you showed them to make sure that it was going to be sweet!!
Sydney was so inspired by her time with you that she promptly went back to Memphis and asked her Mom to sign her up for cooking classes!!
They are both still talking about their trip to Houston.
The highlight of each of their trip is the “cooking event!”

It was so awesome meeting you at Living Well THERAPIES’ retreat at Discover Leadership’s Running Cougar Ranch. You offered delicious “Raw” foods and served as a light for me in so many ways. I was naturally drawn to meet you in the kitchen, warmed and lured by the aromas and scents you conjured up for us, particularly you and I…2 Buckeyes to sit around a hearth…reminiscing about home (wherever we are), family, and living. Lady, you are such an enlightened being…a beacon. I appreciate your powerful presence and I look forward to connecting with you.

Greetings Sandra! We loved your menu! Unfortunately, the whole dinner fell through as someone is sick and can’t travel. We will for sure keep this on file and will certainly hope to plan an event over the summer! It’s so hard to find caterers that understand vegetarian cooking. BTW, do you have public events where we can taste some of your delights or do you just do private parties. Again, apologies that this event did not work out. Be assured we’ll be using you some time in the near future.Thanks so much for all the info and we’ll be in touch!!!

Sandra’s Pompous Response To Unidentified Prospect 
Dear Craig’s List Fan… Yes, I truly understand vegetarian, vegan, raw and the Standard American Diet… as well as ethnic food. Obviously I love food and I am passionate about it! Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian, Standard American, it doesn’t matter. Food is more than just reading a recipe; anyone can do that. It takes an adventurer, interpreter, like me, who is totally creative in all aspects of her life and lifestyle, as well as someone with an unquestionable palate… to do what I do.

I’m sure the unique vegetarian menu I created for you made your dinner party a lot more inspired than it would have been without picking my brain.

Mr Prospect, after more than several requests for your contact information for my mailing list, you weren’t forthcoming with a legitimate email address, or any other contact information… therefore, it will be most difficult to notify you of my future free public appearances, free tastings and free classes… sorry…

PS Have some fun, take some classes!
