I am also offering ‘made from scratch’ Classic Desserts. The dessert menu includes choices like German Chocolate Cake—the Original recipe, and all types of chocolate cakes… some with glistening chocolate ganache and some with a pound of chocolate syrup, and, the Texas Brownies are a must! There is a selection of cheese cakes, firm or creamy; a variety of chiffon cakes; almond, apple, pumpkin, lemon cakes, an angel food whipped cream fruit surprise, not to mention gluten-free almond butter chocolate chunk cookies; and surprisingly delicious chocolate Chia pudding. And to answer your question, no, the majority of these include all the sinfulness of the goodies we love and they are not gluten free, but made with the very best ingredients…even organic corn starch.
