If you don’t see what you are interested in, I will develop a class especially for you to fit your special interests.

 CLASS #1.    Soups With Seasonal Side Dishes
Choose 3 from the following list to personalize your class.
Sides will be selected by the Chef to compliment your choices. 

  • Asparagus
  • Beet
  • Carrot Ginger
  • Corn Bisque that is ready in 20!  Sweet or Savory 
  • Cucumber Dill
  • White Miso:   Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Or Snack
  • Kale & Corn Vegetable Stock: Waste Not Want Not!
  • Mushroom Tomato Bisque
  • Garden Fresh Pea & Potato
  • Quinoa Kale Garden Vegetable
  • Seasonal: Pumpkin or Squash
  • Salmon Bisque  (Only wild caught fish is used; there will be an upcharge for this selection.) 
  • Succotash: Corn & Baby Limas
  • Dr Schultz’s Vegetable Potassium Broth: Cleansing And Healing

Note:  There is no dairy, wheat, or sugar in any of the above soup recipes.
Some are cooked stove top and most are warmed in the Vitamix.

Chia Seeds: Chia can be added to most of the recipes and desserts shown above. Filled with great nutrients, Omega 3 and MCTs, these tiny seeds are a powerhouse and are of great benefit to the body when consumed regularly.Such an easy add on for so much goodness.
